WholeNumberSelection

Description:

Used to determine if the star value selected by the user should always be a whole number. If the value is TRUE, the star that the user clicks on will be fully highlighted and the CurrentValue will be a whole number. If it's FALSE, the user will be able to select a partial star resulting in a fraction set for CurrentValue.

This property does nothing if the AllowSelectWithMouse property is FALSE.
