Set the controls theme color. Use, as a string, the color of the circle. Valid values are "BLUE", "OLIVE", "SILVER", "BLACK", "CLASSIC", "PINK", "DEEPBLUE", "PURPLE", "GREEN", "ORANGE", "RED"

Set this value in the PowerBuilder Properties panel. Setting this property at run time will require a call to SetRedraw(TRUE) to take effect. To avoid having to call SetRedraw, use the of_SetTheme function instead.
