Reference the advguitheme.pbl\pbd file for all pre-built themes. The name of the theme is the name of the object with the "n_cst_pbui_theme_" prefix removed. E.g.
n_cst_pbui_theme_windows10_blue = "Windows10_Blue"
Return Value:
Always returns 1.
