SmoothScroll

Description:

Determines whether the overflow content in the ribbon scrolls smoothly when the mouse hovers over the scrollbar or if the ribbon scrolls in steps when clicked.

Default value is FALSE: user must click the scrollbar to scroll in steps. Set to TRUE (or checked in the IDE) to enable smooth scrolling when mouse hovers over scrollbar.

Note: If SmoothScroll is set to TRUE, clicking on the scrollbar will not scroll the ribbon contents in steps (clicking is disabled).
